Forest honey – new harvest

It is not only blossoms, but also the honeydew from the coniferous or deciduous trees that draws the bees every year. They use the sweet insect juice to produce a crisp, fragrant runny honey that enriches cuisine with its powerful flavour. The practical 1,000 g glass jar can be kept and used in a variety of ways around the home.

Vintage honey is considered a speciality. Its aroma reflects the characteristic climate, the vegetation and selection of blossoms from the particular year. Once the honey is fully matured, it is gently extracted and comes fresh from the honeycomb onto the shelves.
