During springtime, acacia trees entice the bees with their heavily-fragrant clusters of white flowers. It is largely from the nectar of the acacias that this light, clear honey is produced, with its typical mildly aromatic flavour. An organic delight that is particularly well-suited for adding wholesome sweetness to tea, muesli and fruit salad.
BIHOPHAR ORGANIC acacia honey is deliberately harvested in harmony with nature and the environment. The sites chosen for the beehives are largely unspoilt acacia groves and forests. Organic beekeepers are required to keep records of the locations. For winter hibernation, the beekeepers leave the bees with their own honey.
