Mountain blossom honey

This honey is harvested in almost entirely unspoilt mountain regions where species-rich flora is preserved, largely free of fertilisers and pesticides. It has a sun-yellow colour, a naturally fine-creamy consistency and a mildly aromatic flavour.

This honey is produced in unspoiled natural landscapes, where species-rich wild blossom flora is largely preserved. It has a full-bodied, balanced flavour. The delicious speciality tastes particularly good on bread or rolls. It is also ideal for sweetening and refining dishes and beverages, such as muesli, fruit salads, grapefruit and teas, and naturally also for baking.
