Honey from southern France

In the south east of France, in the region between the Rhone, the Maritime Alps and the Mediterranean Sea, the mild climate allows intensive flora to flourish: Fields of violet lavender bushes and bright yellow sunflowers. The high quality honey from this region is reminiscent of the fragrance of the blossoming plants that lend it its characteristic flavour.
