Do bees recognize their beekeeper? Bees don't recognize the beekeeper by his looks. They gradually become familiar with the scent of their beekeeper and react less aggressively to him than to a stranger.

Thyme honey

The wild thyme from which the bees collect the nectar for this honey grows on remote mountainsides and river canyons in the Otago highlands of New Zealand. The characteristic aroma of the thyme is exceptionally prominent in this honey and thereby presents a unique flavour sensation. Origin: New Zealand.
