Do bees recognize their beekeeper? Bees don't recognize the beekeeper by his looks. They gradually become familiar with the scent of their beekeeper and react less aggressively to him than to a stranger.

Fir Honey

This dark brown to black honeydew honey is a special treat for connoisseurs. The honeydew for this quality honey with its rich flavour and crisp, resinous aroma originates from vast coniferous forests with spruce and silver fir trees. Connoisseurs love to enjoy it on fine white bread.

Our fir tree honey won the gold medal of the Deutsche Landwirtschafts-Gesellschaft (German Agricultural Association, DLG) in 2019.
