Sea buckthorn in blossom honey

The wild sea buckthorn (subject to a nature conservation order in Germany) with its bright orangey-red berries, is a true eye-catcher.
It ripens on the thorny shrub in late summer. The countless thorns and the plant’s preference for sandy locations have given the well-defended sea buckthorn its name.
The composition of finely aromatic blossom honey and acidic sea buckthorn produces a delicious bread spread with fine fruity notes.
Sea buckthorn in blossom honey is sold in a 500 g jar.
