Citrus blossom honey from Spain

When the sweet fragrance of citrus blossoms fills the air in Spain’s mountainous hinterland during springtime, the bees collect the nectar for this pale yellow honey from vast, white-blossoming citrus groves. Its flavour is initially delightfully sweet, before developing into delicately fruity notes. 

This honey is sold in 250 g and 500 g jars.
